1 Service Description

Cardofly provides NFC-enabled digital business cards and online mini profile pages that allow users to share their contact details, business information, links, and digital content easily.

2 Subscription Validity

Your digital card service is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation or purchase.

During this period we will maintain and host your digital profile and ensure that the service remains active.

3 Service Continuity

In rare circumstances, if our company is unable to continue operating the service in the future, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the service active for the remaining subscription period.

However, if continuing the service becomes impossible due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, Cardofly reserves the right to discontinue the service.

4 Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Cardofly platform to upload, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Hate speech or abusive content
• Adult or explicit material
• Malware, spam, or harmful links
• Any content that violates local or international laws

5 Account Suspension or Termination

If a user violates these terms or uses the platform in an abusive, illegal, or harmful way, Cardofly reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service without prior notice.

6 Content Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the content they upload or publish on their digital card profile including:

• Text and Business Information
• Images and Logos
• External Links
• Files (e.g., Brochures)

Cardofly is not responsible for any user-generated content.

7 Payments

All payments made for the service are considered non-refundable, except where strictly required by law.

8 Pricing Policy

Cardofly reserves the right to modify, update, or change the pricing of its services at any time without prior notice. Any changes in pricing will apply to future purchases or subscription renewals only. Existing active subscriptions will continue until their current validity period expires.

9 Changes to Service

Cardofly may modify, update, or improve features of the platform at any time to improve user experience and maintain security standards.

10 Limitation of Liability

Cardofly will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including business losses, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

By purchasing or using Cardofly services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
